These beta terms govern access to STRYVR. They are a product draft and require legal review before commercial launch.
Eligibility and accounts
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting account access, and activity performed through your account.
Fitness guidance
STRYVR provides informational fitness and wellness guidance. It is not medical care, diagnosis, emergency monitoring, or a substitute for a qualified clinician. Stop activity and seek appropriate help if you feel unsafe or unwell.
AI and sensor limitations
AI, wearable, camera, and nutrition estimates can be incomplete or wrong. Review recommendations and use your judgment. Camera-based movement analysis cannot directly measure every force, load, orientation, or injury risk.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other accounts, upload unlawful content, or use STRYVR to make unsupported medical or safety claims.
Availability
Beta features may change, fail, or be withdrawn. Planned integrations and unsupported analyses are not promised services.
Account termination
You may delete your account in Settings. STRYVR may restrict access for abuse, security risk, or legal requirements.
Subscriptions
No paid subscription should be treated as active until checkout, cancellation, renewal, and refund terms are connected and displayed before purchase.
